At Travis Hairdressing, we value our clients and the time we dedicate to each appointment. To help us provide the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our updated cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellation/No-show rebooking Fee:
Clients who reschedule or do not attend their appointment more than three times with less than 48 hours’ notice may be required to pay a rebooking fee before securing future appointments.
Why This Matters:
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our ability to fill appointment times and accommodate other clients waiting for a booking. This policy helps ensure fairness and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We are all human and understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible - we’ll always take circumstances into consideration.
How to Notify Us:
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice by calling the salon directly on 83702141
